Breken has reached the “landmark” 3 month age, and has made a tremendous turnaround! His colicky days seem to be over. Time for a BIG celebration! He seems to be happy for most of his waking hours now, which is quite a relief for Kevin and I. He is a joy to be around and entertains us with his smiles, laughs and chatter. Now when he’s fussy it’s usually for a reason and marked by a more distinct cry that we can identify and respond to. I often laugh because it seems so simple now. I often wonder if the colic was a plot to make us more appreciative of these “simple cries”….??
The change from colicky baby to happy baby was the biggest Christmas gift for us, but we were also blessed with many wonderful goodies from friends and family! Here are a few photos of Breken's first Christmas and some of his gifts.
